Horizontal glass drilling machine

The horizontal glass drilling hole has a diameter of 3mm to 80mm, large overhanging space of the machine base, large size glass can be processed, the height of the worktable is low, and the operation is convenient. The lower bit adopts air pressure speed regulation, the speed is stable, and the processing performance is effectively improved. The machine has high production efficiency, can be used in batch production and flow operation, and is an indispensable mechanical equipment in glass processing production.

Characteristic:

The horizontal glass drilling machine adopts the automatic control design, pneumatic clamping glass, feed oil pressure buffer technology, and randomly adjusts the automatic drilling time and speed of the upper and lower bits. The upper and lower bits are successively nested and drilled. The worktable adopts pneumatic lifting, equipped with movable positioning and automatic material receiving device, which is quick and accurate for the positioning of mass processed glass workpieces. There are two options for this product: automatic and manual.

The vertical glass drilling machine is controlled by PLC automatically. When it is operated, it only needs to put the glass on the conveyor belt, input the drilling position data, start the button, drill all the hole positions after automatic positioning, automatically stop the machine after finishing the work, with high drilling efficiency and accurate hole positions. It is suitable for the processing of building glass and home glass. The color man-machine touch screen is operated automatically, with clear interface and simple operation After parameter setting, one-time processing is completed; PLC program control, with automatic detection and diagnosis functions, high circuit stability, great applicability to the working environment, and remote maintenance and upgrading.

Usage method

1. When drilling glass, it is easy to crush glass when running the drill bit, so when drilling thin glass, the pressure must be adjusted very low, which can change within the range of 0.18-03mpa. When drilling thick glass, the pressure can rise to about 0.46mpa.

2. Before the work of each shift, the lubricating oil shall be injected into each oil filling part, and the tightness of the belt, the operation of the up and down drilling shafts and the wear of the drill bit shall be checked. The work can be started only after everything is normal.

3. The core material in the material receiving drawer shall be cleaned in time, or the material core will be blocked if it is piled up too much. In particular, when drilling a large hole with a diameter greater than 100mmj, it should be cleaned once for every few holes drilled.

4. When cleaning the core material, the feeder shall be in the receiving position so that the receiving drawer can be pulled out smoothly. Therefore, when cleaning the core material, the drill bit shall be mounted to start the rotation. At this time, the feeder shall be in the receiving position, so that the core can be cleaned conveniently

Matters needing attention

1. Pay attention to safety during commissioning and use. Do not touch moving parts and live parts when starting the machine;

2. Tools and other objects shall not be placed on the conveying guide rail and cover;

3. In case of emergency, immediately press the "emergency stop" button or pull down the air switch;

4. Keep the cooling water volume of the water tank sufficient and the water quality clean at any time to avoid burning the grinding wheel and glass, and clean the grinding impurities in and out of the water pipeline in time to keep the water pipeline unblocked;

5. Before each grinding shift, check whether all travel switches work normally and whether the control direction is correct. If they are not correct and the control direction is not correct, stop the machine immediately for inspection, or the machine will be damaged fatally;

6. Motor temperature: less than or equal to ambient temperature + 50 ℃.
